		<description>Elderberry syrup...amazing for kicking a cold in the butt!  Whole Foods sells the Honey Gardens brand, which is excellent (it&#039;s $$, but so worth it!  And you can give it to the kids also).  That and sleep, but it doesn&#039;t sound like you have time for the latter right now :-)</description>
