I came home from shooting this session and Janey looked like she was in about the third grade. A serious giant. Still awesome and adorable, but there is something about a little baby that you can pick up in one hand (but you wouldn’t), and shush them to sleep, and they just nestle in and set. As long as they are warm, fed and loved… what else do they need? What else do any of us need? Ah, to have that in life.
I loved my time with Baby Hudson. I loved my time catching up with his mom too and hopefully can meet his dad someday as well. Hudson’s mom is going to be Christofer’s teacher and I have to tell you, both Owen and I are beyond thrilled about that. We already love where he is in school, we are excited Janey will start in the fall. Christofer has already received just the best care, teaching, love and attention… his teachers are great… but still… Miss Jill… she’s sort of legend in her own short time. So needless to say, I pretty much haunted her every day from about her 2nd trimester on…”can I take your newborns, please, now can I take them, please?”
It was my pleasure. And he is your pleasure. And I am so excited for you!
And how could I forget baby #1?? He was such a good helper today!
